Established in 1992, Algo Sistemi has developed 360° competences in the software field and is the ideal partner for the implementation of high quality solutions. The decision to finalise the acquisition is part of a wide-ranging growth strategy in the area of software integration in industrial solutions.
The acquisition of Algo Sistemi allows the group to push forward with the development of new technologies to offer increasingly advanced systems and software to meet the needs of each customer.
